The most devastating news is that today's children are the first generation in history that is expected to die younger than their parents as a result of this obesity epidemic. 70% of Americans are overweight. That statistic continues to grow. Millions of lives are threatened and are at risk. People need help. Our mission is to help as many people as possible through our educational and support resources one community at a time.

Our founding associates began in 1980 providing nutrition-based weight loss programs focused on one-on-one support. In just a few years those services expanded to communities throughout the United States and now throughout much of the world involving 70 countries to date. Backed by a Medical Advisory Board with decades of combined experience, knowledge and education in the fields of science, medicine and nutrition, we provide a powerful, supportive and balanced approach to life long weight loss.

The Weight Loss Challenge program was added in the early 2000's, and it continues to increase in popularity because of the education, support, socialization and yes, competition to win money has it's value as well. This program assists people in making lifestyle changes leading to lifetime weight management and better health. Our Wellness Weight Loss Coaches and Meeting Leaders have all successfully gone through our Wellness Support Program first and have chosen to help us reach more people for the mission of helping people achieve greater health and wellness.
